Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead and optimise our D2C eCommerce operations. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage the full spectrum of online store operations, develop and execute strategies to boost revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the site performs at its peak. You will own key KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  •  Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategies for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Average Order Value (AOV) growth, and overall site performance. Own and deliver on eCommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • - End-to-End Store Management: Oversee product and image uploads, site merchandising, and content updates, ensuring high-quality execution. Maintain and optimise site functionality by collaborating with developers to resolve technical issues and enhance features.
  • - Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis using analytics tools and present actionable insights to leadership. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • - Launch Leadership: Lead all aspects of site updates for product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring flawless execution.
  • - Team and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and development, to align on goals and timelines. 
  • - Technical Oversight: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with a basic understanding of code, liaising with developers for resolution. Recommend and implement platform enhancements to support growth objectives.



Key Skills and Experience:
  • - Extensive experience managing a D2C eCommerce store, preferably in a launch-driven environment.
  • - Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • - A solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus) and basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS).
  • - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into impactful initiatives.
