LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, AGENCY, Account Executive to join a growing advertising agency in the Greater Green Bay area


Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 day remote


Compensation: $75K-$85K based on experience


Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or similar.
  • 3-5 years experience as an AGENCY, Account Services professional or in-house marketing professional (Agency experience is strongly preferred)
  • Client-service minded with a passion for working with people
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategies into campaign timelines, meeting notes, and budgets as well as manage implementation
  • Process driven approach with strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess a "can do" "team player" attitude
  • Creative interest and approach to work
  • Drive to succeed and growth within an organization with development, leadership, and coaching.
