We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Account Executive and Business Development Specialist.

Your primary role will be to manage daily client relationships and develop new business opportunities primarily by expanding products/coverage with existing clients.

You will be responsible for building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company and leading appropriate resources to address client risk/capital management needs.

You will also prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the client service agreement.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $78,200 and $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
