Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance Oversight:
  • Lead governance across multiple workstreams and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient decision-making.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Manage relationships with various vendors, facilitating collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Milestone Tracking:
  • Define, track, and manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality parameters.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary liaison to leadership, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in governance or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-vendor projects in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ADO (Azure DevOps), MS Project).
  • Must have experience in the Pharma industry. Experience in the MarTech area of Pharma is preferred.
