Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Account Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing campaign execution. Experience with B2B clients and a background in agriculture marketing is a significant advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans that align with client goals and support cause-related initiatives.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • New Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and participating in pitches for new clients.


Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in an account management role within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven experience managing advertising and communications campaigns.
  • Knowledge or experience in the agriculture or non profit sector would be a bonus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software.
