The Corporate Dialysis Education Coordinator provides creative and logistical support for the ongoing projects of the DCI Education Department focusing on creation, management, and updates to clinical policies and procedures.

Schedule: M-F, relocation to Nashville is not required, however, travel will be required.

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

Department and Clinic Support:

  • Responsible for the creation, management, writing and ongoing revision of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for creating and updating supporting educational and training materials, to include education plans, audits, skills checklists, templates, manuals, and education plan-related PPT/LMS courses/PPTs.
  • Conduct thorough (evidence-based) research on relevant topics/policies/practices, and gather data, information, and evidence to inform policy development and development of supportive materials.
  • Formulate clear, concise, and comprehensive policies that address organizational needs and align with industry best practices and evidence-based practices
  • Write well-crafted policy documents, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
  • Assists the (Quality Management and Education) Department in creating and maintaining the communications, goals, and schedules of the ongoing projects of the Department.
  • Assists the (Quality Management and Education) Department in creating and managing reports and documentation in relation to projects.
  • Compiles and organizes resources, templates, audio, video, and various other media necessary for the authoring of computer-based training content.
  • Participates in the development and updates of high-quality computer-based training content.
  • Monitors and tracks the progress of each project using organized logical frameworks and naming conventions so that project status is easily reported.
  • Communicates with end users to determine the needs of (clinic) end-users.
  • Compiles and organizes data for the Department to further improve current methods and frameworks for providing education to DCI employees.
  • Communicates with external departments such as DCI IT department, Risk Management, Compliance, etc.

Training:

  • Provides training and support for (clinical) end users. To include virtual and in-person training and support
