Specific Duties:

  • Conduct a variety of specialized cellular and molecular assays, including but not limited to flow cytometry, luminescence assay, Western Blot, and cell culture, utilizing both mouse and human cells.
  • Execute in vivo mouse tumor model experiments, encompassing tumor implantation, measurement, injections, and organ isolation.
  • Perform T cell enrichment/purification from human PBMC and mouse spleens.
  • Maintain meticulous lab notebooks and digital records containing comprehensive experimental plans, data, analysis, and inventory logs.
  • Fulfill assigned laboratory administrative tasks.
  • Deliver updates and presentations during lab meetings.
  • Aid in the preparation of periodic progress reports.
  • Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to safety and occupational health regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.


Qualifications:

For Research Associate positions, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field is required, accompanied by 2+ years of laboratory experience for Research Associate roles or 5+ years for Senior Research Associate positions, preferably in academic or industry settings.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in cancer immunology research and immunotherapeutics development.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with multicolor flow cytometry techniques for characterizing cellular phenotypes and functional attributes.
  • Experience in animal handling and procedural knowledge.
  • Understanding of statistical applications for biological data analysis.
  • Capability to draft scientific reports.
  • Authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
