Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced IT Data Warehouse Analyst for a Hybrid workplace opportunity in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this Contract-to-Hire opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments.
  • Ability to clearly explain the functional aspects of defined work.
  • Optimize SQL queries/Performance Tuning.
  • Integration and working with multiple sources/ different datasets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Minimum of 5 years applicable experience (3 years in healthcare setting preferred).
  • Expertise in using Nested, Sub and inner Queries and its appropriate usage.
  • Proficient in usage of different analytical functions (Partition By, Rank, Sum, Group By, Order By clauses, Lead, Lag, etc…)
  • Experience in handling errors and fixing the SQL issues For an ideal candidate in Healthcare Domain, along with optimizing SQL queries/Performance Tuning.
  • Understands Star Schema, Snowflake, Data warehousing methodologies like Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball.
  • Expertise in creation of BRD, STM and solution design documents, and Datastage/Cognos/PowerBI.
