Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for various projects, primarily focusing on data analysis.
  • Develop technical specifications, use cases, and data mapping documents to support project scoping.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders, external teams, and vendors.
  • Conduct requirements definition, documentation, systems analysis, design, system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment coordination.
  • Prepare written communication materials summarizing findings and supporting recommendations.
  • Translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, documenting business and technical requirements.
    • Experience with data warehouse projects is required.
    • Experience with project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring is a plus.
    • Strong expertise in SQL is required.
    • Experience with ETL projects and Tableau is required.
    • Experience working with system vendors is a plus.

    Bonus Requirements:

    • Fluency in Python is a plus.
    • Experience with reporting services is a plus.
    • Practical experience as a product owner is a plus.
    • Domain knowledge of asset management and mutual funds is a plus.

    Compensation:

    • $105,000 - $135,000
    • Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
