Pay: $19/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Will train in the office for 2 weeks in Fort Worth, TX (76109) and then move remote.

Must be able to come into the office on these occasions:

  • Two days a month – usually at the beginning of the month.

  • During training – must come in and present yourself to the team.

Job Details: Responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Also must maintain the daily workflow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variables, and facilitating corrections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

  • Receive complaints and resolve problems

  • Maintain timekeeping

  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

  • Prepare and submit performance reports

  • Decide on reward and promotion based on performance

  • Assist in hiring and training new employees

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent required - will be verified

  • 1+ years experience as a supervisor or team lead

  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Detail Oriented

  • Problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Effective and professional communication skills

  • Ability to think and work independently, while working in an overall team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
