The Parking Supervisor is responsible for leading the parking team, managing tasks, and coming up with solutions to keep the workplace organized. Supervisors' duties include daily bookkeeping and record-keeping of daily reports. The candidate must be self-motivated, enjoy working with others, have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), and have a high attention to detail. The employee must work well within a cross-cultural team environment.

In this role, the Parking Supervisor's primary job responsibilities include:

• Managing the workflow of their employees.

• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision

• Ensuring the business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met

• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles

• Reporting performance records and evaluation.

• Reviewing and improving processes.

• Help process and send out monthly tenant billings.

• Research and resolve tenant billing questions.

• Compile information and process leave abstracts and tenant charge adjustments.

• Assist property management staff with tenant-related requests and notices.

• Assist in month-end procedures.

• Assist with annual tenant reconciliations.

• Some collections duties (phone calls, emails).

• Record journal entries

• Assist with general ledger reconciliations as needed.

• Assist with the monthly closing as needed.

• Monitor 2nd shift, fill in as needed.

• Perform other duties and special projects, as needed.
