Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Work with stakeholders/Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for digital transformation projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Implement and integrate digital tools and platforms that enhance operational efficiency, data analytics, and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal teams, including IT, facilities management, and executive leadership, to ensure project alignment.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the workplace experience.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Project management, Digital Strategies, real esatate
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant to real estate and workplace environments.
- Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in implementing digital solutions in large organizations or similar industry settings.
- Familiarity with real estate management software and workplace optimization technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
