Director of Guest Experience

Our client is an award winning customer experience consultancy based in North America, they’re seeking a Director of Guest Experience to work with their flagship client.


You’ll be on-site embedded with the client and able to leverage expertise in operations management, strategic project management, customer experience excellence and innovation, team leadership, and senior stakeholder management. You will report to C level execs both within the consultancy and your client.


Ideally, you will understand either the luxury goods/ retail or travel industry, extensive experience in delivering CX projects at an Enterprise level please note that data-driven, analytical and good presentation skills are essential for this role. This role would be an opportunity to influence their existing operational delivery & execution of guest experience. Responsibilities would include reporting data to senior stakeholders, and ownership of day to day operations whilst providing guidance & support to a large team.


This role is key to the success of the business they are happy to put together packages to ensure they attract the best talent.
