Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate comprehensive research to pinpoint potential clientele and generate leads.
  • Tailor sales presentations to meet the unique needs of clients, showcasing our products effectively.
  • Master the art of building rapport and handling customer objections adeptly.
  • Strategize and manage work schedules to prospect, qualify, develop, and secure new accounts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Craft compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Address customer inquiries and grievances with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records and fulfill reporting requirements while upholding confidentiality standards.
  • Exemplify professionalism that mirrors our company values.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A track record of 4+ years in successful sales within industrial, commercial, or educational domains.
  • Familiarity with industrial, specialty, and medical gases (preferred).
  • Proficiency in standard email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
  • Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to engage with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
  • Physical capability to perform essential job functions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of clients.
