The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a vital contributor to our dessert shop’s success, supporting both the brick and mortar and the food truck. Tasked with creating the CSRA’s Ultimate Dessert Shop experience, the BDM implements approved telephone strategies, inbound control scripts, internet follow-up processes, and the soft sell/smart sell approach to engage with potential customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execute business development strategies to create a sense of urgency and motivate customers to visit the sforefront promptly.
- Assist in maintaining performance metrics
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Conduct outbound calls in a timely and effective manner
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols regarding customer information in compliance with relevant regulations.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.

**Language and Reasoning Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting various documents related to sales and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**:

- The role involves primarily sitting with occasional standing and walking.
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment includes office and storefront settings with frequent customer interactions.

Pay: $61,432.56 - $73,983.30 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
