Vice President of Human Resources


LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who has a proven track record in driving HR strategies, managing all HR functions, and partnering with executive leadership to create a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall company goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape and drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Oversee the design and execution of succession planning and talent management programs to ensure organizational readiness for future growth.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to measure effectiveness, optimize programs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including employee relations, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies at an executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and data analytics.


Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000+ based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday
