Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This vital role focuses on managing and implementing the company’s compensation policies while ensuring equity, compliance, and competitiveness across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer competitive compensation plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and maintain job classifications, detailed job descriptions, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct internal salary equity analyses to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes within the company’s HR platform (Dayforce).
  • Act as the liaison between HR and payroll to ensure compensation accuracy.
  • Educate employees to enhance their understanding of incentive plans.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual bonus programs.
  • Leverage external resources such as SIA to benchmark compensation plans against industry standards.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Hands-on experience with the Compensation and Performance Management modules in Dayforce.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

COMPENSATION: The pay for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
