About the Job DescriptionThis job description outlines the key responsibilities and requirements for the technical specialist position at iParametrics LLC. The selected candidate will work closely with FEMA staff to provide technical expertise and guidance on various engineering aspects, including design, construction, and project management. As a technical specialist, you will conduct site inspections to validate infrastructure damage, develop scopes of work and cost estimates, review engineering reports, and make recommendations on claim eligibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as effective communication and customer service skills. A bachelor's degree in architecture, science, or engineering field, along with 4 years of related technical experience, is required. Professional registration or certification is preferred, but not necessary.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Make recommendations on claim eligibility
Estimated salary range is $44-$62/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
