Sales Account Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within mid-market to enterprise level organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate and leverage cross-functional internal teams throughout the sales cycle to ensure the proposed solutions meet the client’s needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities accurately.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s solutions and service.


You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of Strong Sales or Recruiting experience (Staffing or IT Sales experience is a PLUS)
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and software development or the capacity to absorb information quickly.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with key clients, organizational leadership, and candidates.
