Accounting Manager

We are seeking anAccounting Manager or Senior Accountantto join our team in ourMechanicsburg, and Harrisburg, and Myerstown locations.
Our ideal candidate is a CPA or an EA.Were looking for a tech-savvy accountant who is comfortable with fully integrated software and paperless processes.Experience with Thomson UltraTax and other Thomson products is a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clients with proper quarterly tax planning
- Preparing individual, fiduciary, corporate, and partnership income tax returns
- Reviewing monthly financial statements
- Preparing and reviewing quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns
- Establishing big picture strategies for small businesses and considering innovative business solutions for business conflict

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive team environment
