Everest Infrastructure Partners seeks a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Project Manager. This role is primarily responsible for managing the assets of wireless communications tower sites and the management of related real estate. The Real Estate Project Manager will work closely with our Legal, Acquisitions, Accounting, and Operations teams. Reporting to the VP of Asset Management, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be detail-oriented. They will be comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with landowners and work to resolve real estate matters including access or utility issues, defaults, payment discrepancies, and other related issues
  • Negotiation of real estate contracts including lease extensions, buyouts, or other agreements that are critical for operating cell tower sites
  • Create and monitor reports of critical dates and clauses to assist in managing the cell tower real estate portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions to real estate related issues


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret contracts, analyze risk, and make sound business decisions
  • Negotiation experience
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • 5-10 years of professional experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Real Estate or another related field
  • Experience in the Cell Tower Industry is strongly preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study, preferred
