Overview
Our client is looking for multiple resources to join the Transaction Services Department - which encompasses Credit Card Administration, Travel & Expense, and Supplier Management/Profile Teams. Two openings are for Accounts Payable Analysts to track down payments made to suppliers by coordination with various internal teams and external suppliers. The Accounts Payable will be responsible for reviewing invoices to understand why payments are not clearing (i.e. additional quantity is needed but not listed, freight information needs to be changed, etc.), and then remediating the issue so payments can clear.
