This role requires expertise in all facets of organizational development, with a strong focus on performance management, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, and succession planning. The candidate will collaborate with organizational leaders to design and implement employee development initiatives domestically.


Responsibilities:

Organizational Development Expertise:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in organizational development, providing strategic guidance and direction to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies, including performance management, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, and succession planning.

Employee Development Programs:

  • Collaborate with international corporate programs to leverage best practices and design and implement effective employee development programs at the domestic level.
  • Ensure alignment of employee development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Talent Management and Acquisition:

  • Utilize expertise in talent management and acquisition to support recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to optimize talent acquisition processes and strategies.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of organizational development professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in talent development and performance management practices.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance talent and organizational development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in HR, organizational development and talent management within field services or the manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Turkish highly preferred


Location: East Houston (Onsite)

Position Type: Full-time, Onsite (9/80 Schedule after 90 days)
