Human Resources Information System Analyst

Our Company is hiring for a HRIS Analyst to support our client near Sandy Springs, GA. This is a great permanent/direct hire role to be apart of a global environment In this role you will have the opportunity to have high visibility to executive leadership, have a flexible hybrid schedule, and join an organization that is thriving and acquiring other companies The perfect candidate is analytical, data-minded, and process improvement oriented.
Job responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:
- Implement and integrate Workday Payroll across the entire organization
- Present data findings to senior leadership
- Leverage reporting and analytics to identify trends, process improvement, and implement strategies to assure accuracy
- Create dashboards/reporting tools to track progress
- Perform 90% HR duties until payroll integration
Qualifications for the HRIS Analyst:
- 5-7+ years of HRIS/IT Experience ideally supporting payroll applications
- Bachelors Degree required
- HCM Configuration experience
- Certified in Workday or HCM
- Workday Payroll implementation experience
- Experience presenting data findings to executives
