Job Summary

Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Metrics Analyst to support our various government agency contracts across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and data analytics, with experience in creating and maintaining metrics and analytics on personnel transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting compliance.
  • Create and maintain visual dashboards demonstrating analytics and metrics for management and projects.
  • Administer and support HR Projects, Programs and Data/Reporting requirements.
  • Support HR program implementations and initiatives for compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, and training areas.
  • Analyze workforce data, including turnover rates, employee engagement, performance metrics, and diversity and inclusion data.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR and company metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Administer and coordinate performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support in an HR Generalist Role to include:
  • Employee On-boarding
  • Engagement with Management Team
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Support benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurance, 401K plans, EAP, paid time off, etc.
  • Support employee exit program – separation notice, exit interview, etc.
  • Works with Chenega Corporate office for human resources related issues as needed.
  • Occasional travel to off-site work locations may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with four (4) to six (6) years' experience in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Experience with Power BI, iCIMS (ATS), DocuSign, Cost Point, and HR Analytics required.
  • Experience with Canva for presentation and dashboard visual aids preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills (V-Lookup and Pivot Tables) required.
  • Familiarity with HR Systems and databases with the ability to extract data from multiple places and formulate into concise data and charts.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methods.
  • PHR or SHRM CP preferred.
