Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and industry events to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to position the firm’s services effectively.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential clients for follow-up and nurturing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and existing clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed lead generation targets, demonstrating persistence and resilience in follow-ups.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on feedback, market changes, and client needs, ensuring responsiveness and effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.


Education and Experience:


  • 1-2+ years in a role where relationship-building with clients is key.
  • Familiarity with financial products, investment strategies, and market trends is a plus but not required.
  • Continuous learning and training in sales techniques and financial services can enhance effectiveness in the role.
