Overview

Client is looking for an individual contributor who will support the US Transparency Manager in documentation and daily operations of the transparency & reporting process. This role is a hybrid combination of administrative/documentation, data analysis, and serving as a contact point for internal customer questions and day-to-day support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

Education and Experiences:

1.Associates required; BS/BA preferred. Fair consideration given to those with high school diploma/GED if prior work experience matches job requirements.

2.0-1 year of experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, governmental affairs, and finance. 2+ years preferred.

Skill Requirements:

1.Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.

2.SharePoint a plus.

3.Knowledge of SQL/python highly preferred and special consideration will be given.

4.Excellent communication (both verbal and written).

Primary Job Tasks:

1.Serve as the ‘level 1’ support for internal stakeholders who have questions regarding the transparency process.

2.Level 1 entails answering straightforward/day-to-day operations questions (ex: how do I submit this form?) and redirecting the stakeholder to the appropriate subject matter expert for more nuanced questions.

3.Execute simple searches and queries from databases and understand how this data might apply for a given context.

4.Support review and revision of processes documentation as processes change and evolve.

5.Maintain relations with other team members and provide ad-hoc assistance to non-US related projects as needed.

6.Become a general expert of relevant US transparency guidelines as experience with the job develops.
