Role Summary:

The Operations Support III is responsible for overseeing the receipt, issuance, shipment, and inventory management of goods. This role involves maintaining accurate records of all shipments and deliveries, preparing items for dispatch, and ensuring the proper handling of received products. Adherence to company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage material movement within the warehouse efficiently.
  • Reduce supply chain waste and process material destruction orders.
  • Assist with inventory audits and conduct physical cycle counts as needed.
  • Utilize the material management system proficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation accurately.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely and in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.
  • Report any safety incidents or hazardous conditions to supervisors immediately.
  • Participate in all mandatory training sessions.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Propose improvements to the EHS program to management.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years in material handling, inventory control, or related fields.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Forklift operation experience and certification are preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to core job responsibilities through on-the-job training.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster professional relationships.
  • Understanding of compliance with departmental SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to comprehend product structures and processing requirements.
  • Capability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks under pressure.
