If you are passionate about hitting sales goals and working with people in a variety of environments, you might be a perfect match for our Business Development Manager position. We’re looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the marketplace to join our team. This position currently includes all of the United States. Your job would be to visit, maintain and develop our customer base and interact with key internal design and project management staff. We offer competitive, variable compensation with no cap. Our company rewards performance and offers an excellent benefits package because we value our team. This is a position reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

The primary mission of our new BDM is to establish a client portfolio based on his or her prior relationships in multiple luxury consumer goods industries, e.g. jewelry, travel retail, apparel, accessories, cosmetics, hospitality etc. who can be identified as potential packaging or display customers. The position is expected to qualify these leads with the goal of establishing them as active accounts, in addition to tracking and managing them all using our CRM software.  Candidates must have good presentation skills and be able to build long-term relationships through honest, ethical behavior. Previous pharmaceutical and medical device sales experience is a plus as well as medical or optical industry packaging experience.


What You’ll Do:

· Sell custom packaging and displays to large prospective and existing customers.

· Serve as the point of contact with clients in your territory

· Create sales goals and strategy for the territory

· Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and present your findings and analysis to senior management.

· Interact with the executive team, project managers and client specialists to maximize excellence at every level.

· Use our CRM software to manage 100+ accounts and pinpoint ways to enhance the brand presence.

· Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

· Develop initiatives to achieve the annual and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in sales in the medical device, travel retail, optical or jewelry industries.

·Position is in Lewisville, Texas

· Daily reporting to the Lewisville office-this is not a work-from-home position.

· Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, sales, communications, or related field)

· Basic accounting skills required

· Great motivational and communication skills

· Travel required for this position, approximately 30-50%

· Ability to set strategy, create initiatives, manage plans to completion, and mobilize the workforce to achieve goals

· Ability to communicate at every level of the organization.

· Ability to exercise judgment and to work independently.

· Dependable, responsible, high integrity

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent computing and analytics skills, including proficiency in MS Office products: Excel, Outlook, Teams.

· Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
