One of our direct end clients is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter to join their dynamic team in the Chicago area. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to create innovative, user-friendly, and scalable mobile solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced mobile applications using Flutter framework & Dart.
  • .NET Application development using software best practices.
  • Proficient in .NET framework and C# for building scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Extensive experience with Flutter framework and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs integration and third-party libraries.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.


This position is a Contract to Hire role with a Hybrid work schedule in the Chicago area. Candidate must join JBA as a W2 employee for 6 months after which the end-client may hire them as a FT employee. C2C will not work. If you qualify, please apply with resume at recruiters@jba.com
