Job Title: Contract Administrative Assistant

Location: Long Beach, CA

Salary: $24 per hour

Job Description: LHH is seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to assist the team and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  3. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
  4. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
  5. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  6. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  9. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  8. Previous experience in a corporate or office environment preferred.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
