LaSalle Network has partnered with a global consulting firm. They are looking for a dynamic Office Operations Coordinator for their New York City team. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented.

The Office Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our client's office environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office resources and providing support to employees across various departments.

Office Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment and facilities; order supplies as needed and coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, including answering phones, responding to emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events; manage calendars and book meeting rooms
  • Maintain records, files and databases; ensure accuracy and compliance with record-keeping policies
  • Assist with financial administration tasks, including budget management, expense tracking and invoice processing
  • Support human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records and coordinating employee benefits
  • Address office-related issues and concerns, including facilities, equipment and interpersonal conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, including safety, security and confidentiality guidelines


Office Operations Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management or related field
  • Proven experience in office administration or operations coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with employees, clients and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
