Position Overview:


As a Business Development Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers a high commission upside for successful performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships.
  • Identify areas for potential growth within the current client base.
  • Contact potential clients to establish business relationships and arrange meetings.


Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
  • Research the latest industry trends and create new opportunities to expand the business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to meet sales targets and profit goals.


Sales Execution:

  • Understand Solutions Group’s products thoroughly.
  • Train junior sales team members to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure that sales goals are met and expectations are exceeded.


Executive Relationship Building:

  • Form strong executive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company professionally and effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with a high commission structure.
