The Accounting Clerk will support the Accounting Manager, and the Service Department Administrator by coordinating customer requests, inquiries, field service paperwork, and prelims. The individual must have good knowledge of OBO, Google Sheets, Calendaring Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and Adobe Professional.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and maintaining critical documentation for records and invoicing purposes
  • Invoicing
  • Timely response to internal and external emails and communications
  • Assist in managing customer requests for documentation, changes in emergency contact information, and dispatching
  • Obtain necessary billing information from customers to facilitate invoicing promptly
  • General clerical work and filing of receipts, packing slips, and other records
  • Data entry
  • Assist with audits
  • Vendor and Customer Set Up

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • AA degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Professional
  • Proficient in OBO
