Join our dynamic team as a Consulting Contract Recruiter in the Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in recruiting top-notch talent for our diverse financial operations. As a Consulting Contract Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality candidates for various financial roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop corresponding recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to the job requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media networks, to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture long-term relationships with them.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring each candidate feels respected and valued.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends, advancements, and best practices within the finance industry.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment activities to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media for recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding new hires is a must.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
