Job description

TAG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team This person will report directly to Executive Management and serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal staff. Our client is a well known landscaping company that offers competitive compensation and a great company culture

Details:

  • Schedule: M-F- 7a-4p
  • PTO
  • Health, Dental, Vision
  • 4 month maternity coverage
  • Pay: $20-25 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance administration includes preparing contracts & proposals, purchase orders and equipment rentals.
  • Responsible for handling mark outs and reviewing close out documents.
  • Assisting HR with onboarding employees including reviewing applications for completion.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and bids.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, phone support and performing basic bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of Bid Board preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred, but not required.
