Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and creative sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the nonprofit sector.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales development team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the fintech industry, with a focus on banking solutions or financial services
- A deep understanding of the nonprofit sector in the USA and experience selling financial products or services to nonprofit organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion while being hands-on.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
