Sales Supervisor Job Description

Lacoste is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at our new boutique in Brickell. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a team of sales associates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
