A T. Webber Comfort Advisor (HVAC sales representative) helps foster our continued growth and opportunities by servicing leads and closing new installation sales. In this vital role, the Comfort Advisor visits with clients in their homes, analyzes their current HVAC system and offers solutions that is the best fit for the customers home and their needs. They educate the client about why T. Webber Services is the best solution for their HVAC system replacement and helps to educate them by identifying the HVAC system that is perfect for their home. The comfort advisor will present replacement options based on what is best for the customer. This exciting position offers significant career advantages, including the ability to earn more than $100,000 annually; company-provided leads, vehicle, cell phone, and gas cards. To ensure success your communication skills should be as good as your technical aptitude, and you need to be well-versed in safety precautions. Top candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and friendly.


Responsibilities

•Meet with customers in home, providing solutions to a wide variety of HVAC needs

•Establish customer rapport to educate the customer and educate customers on their options for products and services

•Work closely with office team and installation team to ensure efficient and smooth process through completion

•Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing projects

•Be the primary point of contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction

•Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add products to their home

•Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in Service Titan

•Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team

•Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing

•Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance

•Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment

•Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs


Requirements

•Exceptional customer service skills.

•Minimum of 3-years of sales experience in the trades (HVAC experience is preferred)

•Project management preferred

•Learn and utilize Service Titan software.

•Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting

•Abiliity to lift over 50 lbs

•Physically able to access attics and crawl spaces

•Able to endure weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.)

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

•Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record

•Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
