Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Boston, MA. As the Director of Global CRM at Spartan, you will be responsible for leading and implementing global CRM strategies, driving customer retention, and optimizing customer lifecycle marketing programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify opportunities for personalization and engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the global email and sms solution (tools, negotiations, contracts and budgets) for all brands Spartan, SpartanTrail, DEKA and ToughMudder.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, ESP management Strong knowledge of Email platforms and tools, preferably ZetaGlobal . Attentive, MovableInk or equivalents Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and marketing campaigns Experience in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization Lead a team of 5+ email professionals across multiple brands and markets Develop strategy while simultaneously working inside platforms to execute, troubleshoot emails Strong working knowledge of HTML Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of SQL and Boolean logic Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
