Sales/Account management experience with 3-5 years of values-based leadership.
~ Experience in business program management, contract negotiations, rapport building, CRM(Salesforce preferred) and more in the energy field.
~ Managing a team of high preforming individuals across the business to support the members and program functions.
Develop and implement budgets, forecasts and strategic planning.
Manage programs and contacts of $3M-$5M+ in revenue.
Consultative approach to supporting a non-profit in regards to electricity and natural gas supply, clean technologies, EVSE, energy efficiency financing and sustainability planning.

Hybrid working schedule, 1x per week in their downtown Boston location.
