Responsibilities of Vice President of Sales:

  • Lead our squad of freight brokers to greatness, guiding, training, and cheering them on to success
  • Plot out strategic sales plans that'll make our competition eat our dust as we race towards new revenue records.
  • Put your trucking know-how to the test, scouting out new business opportunities and expanding our client convoy.
  • Forge unbreakable bonds with clients and carriers alike, ensuring our relationships are as sturdy as our trucks on the road.
  • Keep our customers coming back for more with your Jedi-like customer retention skills.
  • Get your negotiation game on, scoring sweet deals that keep us ahead of the pack.
  • Harness the power of freight management tools to turbocharge our operations and streamline our success.
  • Fuel the fire of learning and growth by providing our team with the training and support they need to dominate the competition.
  • Team up with other departments to ensure we're all cruising towards the same finish line.

 

Requirements:

  • A college degree that screams "I'm ready to conquer the world"
  • Five years of logistics management experience that'll make the competition tremble in their boots.
  • Two years of experience in training and mentoring, because lifting others up is your superpower.
  • You've got trucking in your blood and know the industry inside and out, from A to Z.
  • Your business savvy is legendary, and you've got a knack for reeling in new business and keeping it locked down.
  • Negotiation is your middle name, and you've never met a contract you couldn't conquer.
  • You're a math wizard and a customer service champion, making sure every number adds up and every customer feels like royalty.
  • You thrive in the fast lane and love the thrill of a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
