Heavy Equipment Mechanic Needed - Milwaukee / Kenosha

Our client, a 100+ year company that provides contractors with the most advanced and reliable heavy construction equipment in the world, is looking for a Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic / Technician to join their team.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Disassemble and rebuild complex machinery, including hydraulic systems and engines.
  • Fabricate and machine steel parts for repairs.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical problems to ensure equipment is working right.
  • Keep detailed records of your work and manage parts inventory.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, electrical components, power trains, and diesel engines.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
