Role Summary:

As an Experienced Mechanical Assembler, you will be integral to our production operations by assembling components such as radiators and frame assemblies. Working autonomously, you will tackle assembly challenges, ensuring that all tasks adhere to our high-quality benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Precision Assembly: Analyze work orders and organize parts for assembly, guaranteeing the correct alignment of structural components.
  • Essential Tasks: Construct frames, position fans with exact specifications, and incorporate essential parts to finalize units.
  • Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections to detect and correct any defects, upholding our promise of delivering impeccable products.
  • Safety Standards: Operate in compliance with quality regulations, maintaining an orderly workspace and utilizing appropriate safety equipment consistently.
  • Mentorship: Guide and train fellow team members, promoting a cooperative and proficient workforce.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least three years in manufacturing or a similar field.
  • Skills: Expertise in reading technical drawings, precise measurement, and assembly using both personal and workshop tools.
  • Physical Abilities: Capability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, perform tasks at heights of up to 20 feet, and engage in physical activities.
  • Certifications: Forklift operator certification is mandatory; additional training and certifications will be provided by the organization.
