This position plays a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service that leaves a lasting impression. Your dedication to providing timely, consistent, and top-notch service will make a significant impact, fostering lasting relationships and driving collective success.
Responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and team members. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and demonstrates the ability to provide expert advice to clients. Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License. Required Agency Management System Experience: AMS360 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience required. Previous commercial lines account management experience. Holds at least one professional designation or has comparable job experience. Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs. Experience working with commercial lines middle market accounts. Construction or Contractor experience is required.
