Amazon is seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of Engineering, PV Mobile & Fire TV and Sr. Principal Scientists for Prime Video.

Key job responsibilities
This role requires a strong attention to detail, high judgment, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests from across our team. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. In addition to calendaring, travel, and expenses, you will assist with multiple projects including participation in or ownership of:
- Quarterly reporting
- Tracking and reporting on Team Goals
- Team Annual Talent Reviews
- Annual Operations Planning
- Projects to enhance communication and collaboration within the group and across geographies
- Projects to build and maintain mechanisms to continually improve efficiency in planning and reporting within the team

Seattle, WA, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
