The Prime Video App Resiliency team aims to decouple the availability of the core customer journey from the real-time availability of the PV services that support it. We're looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer to help us achieve this vision.

About the Job

You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly durable and automated resiliency and disaster recovery mechanisms for the Prime Video customer experience. This includes developing software for measuring critical experience availability, circuit breaker technologies, automated monitoring of PV services, and automated fallback solutions.

Requirements and Benefits
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • A competitive salary range of $129,300/year - $223,600/year based on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
