ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Partners closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify technology-enabled solutions, and oversees the successful implementation of those solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives, identification and mitigation of risks, and management of vendor relationships

Partners with business leaders to understand business roadmaps and translate those needs into technology roadmaps

Maintains IT roadmaps and oversees the delivery ensuring alignment with business capabilities

Delivers business cases and facilitates estimation, prioritization and work sequencing.

Stays up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and continuously seeks out opportunities to improve business processes and increase efficiency

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical capabilities

Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled solutions

Assess, analyze, and identify impacted teams and then appropriately engage those teams

Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements

Ensure the successful adoption and ongoing use of technology solutions by business stakeholders

Monitor and report on technology solutions to ensure alignment with business goals

Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact the organization

Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure IT considerations are properly addressed and incorporated into project plans

Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates on IT roadmaps and initiatives

Collaborate with architecture to ensure initiatives align with and support architecture goals

Comfortability and experience in Jira Software Applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT, business relationship management, or a related field

Strong understanding of technology and its application to business processes

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with financial principles and the ability to manage budgets and financial targets

Analytical skills and ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends, and ability to assess their potential impact on the organization

Propose ideas and actions that gain acceptance from all levels.

Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
