Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads to expand our client base.
Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to promote insurance policies and meet sales targets.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Networking: Engage in networking events and community outreach activities to establish connections and generate referrals.
Requirement
Licensing: Active state Insurance License required.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster trust.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet sales goals.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance applications and policy changes.
