With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results. As a Senior Compensation Analyst specialized in Sales Compensation Structure at Insight, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing Insight's sales compensation framework in alignment with the organization's compensation strategy by analyzing job roles and compensation components. Assess the internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices to ensure fair and competitive compensation.

What you’ll do at Insight  

Develop and manage the sales compensation structure to ensure internal and external alignment.

Evaluate job responsibilities, determine job exemption classification and salary grades, and review and maintain job documentation.

Conduct compensation surveys, monitor trends, and analyze market data to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain competitive compensation practices.

Partner with the Sales Incentive team to ensure alignment on compensation strategy.

Partner with HR Manager and Recruiting to provide guidance and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve issues.

Manage and recommend pay mix for sales jobs.

Provide support for global compensation administration for all job roles.

Participate in global compensation program administration.

Manage assigned projects.

Contribute to global job alignment projects to ensure consistency.

What you’ll need to join Insight  

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and HR related experience.

5+ years’ experience in compensation analysis.

Experience designing and maintaining a sales compensation structure.

Experience with survey administration.

Experience with global compensation administration preferred.

This role does not include:

Designing sales incentive plans

Payments of sales incentive plans

Modeling and forecasting sales incentive payments

Establishing sales quotas

The base salary range for this position is typically $100,000 to $107,000 with benefits. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
